Vintage St Christopher charm pendant, crafted in sterling silver. The square-shaped pendant features an unusual engraved depiction of St Christopher carrying the Christ Child, recessed into the surface rather than in relief, giving it a more abstract and distinctive appearance. The design is framed by a border of calibre-cut blue sapphires, adding colour and refinement to this rare variation of the classic protective charm.
Although not officially recognised, St Christopher is considered by many to be the patron saint of travellers and children and pendants have become the gift of choice for those whom we seek to protect.
This pendant measures 18 mm wide and 17 mm tall with a 6 mm jump ring.
